Usher in the Year of the Tiger with a lavish Prosperity Yu Sheng, 57 floors high with a spectacular view of the city skyline!
East meets west for this opulent dish as we put a spin on classic ingredients, featuring Black Truffle Abalone, House Made Squid Ink Linguine with Gold Flakes, Marinated Scallop with Tarragon Pesto, and Blood Orange & Beet House Cured Salmon. The Prosperity Yu Sheng can be enjoyed at S$88++ for 2-3 persons, or S$108++ for 4-5 persons. For a bountiful feast, guests may also add on a Whole Main Lobster or 250g Alaskan King Crab at S$68++ each.
