SUNDAY CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH – EASTER DAY EDITION

This coming Easter, hop over for a delectable buffet spread and sip on champagne amidst the panoramic view of Singapore’s mesmerizing skyline.

On this Easter special, we are super-sizing our buffet menu! Look forward to an Easter themed Sunday Champagne Brunch on 12 April, featuring our lavish Italian American spread with new additions such as scotch eggs with hollandaise sauce and devilled eggs.

Guests can order from an extensive brunch menu and enjoy dishes such as glazed gammon ham, roasted bone in lamb leg, and roasted barramundi, as well as a selection of desserts that include chocolate eggs and bunny shaped sweet treats created by LAVO’s Executive Pastry Chef Jonathan Allaert.

Not forgetting the free flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne, assorted cocktails, red and white wine and Peroni beer.
